Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or if additional order verification is required.

Delivery estimates

After processing, estimated delivery is typically 5-11 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, and product availability. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Third-party fulfillment

Anderson Factory works with third-party fulfillment partners. Items may ship from different locations, and items in the same order may arrive separately.

Shipping costs

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout after your order has shipped.

Delays

If an order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@andersoneducation.us. If we cannot fulfill an order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to wait, cancel, or receive a refund as appropriate.

International orders

If international shipping is offered at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by their destination country.
