Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Anderson Factory. Returns We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where applicable. To start a return, contact us at support@andersoneducation.us with your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not send an item back before your return request has been approved. If your return is eligible, Anderson Factory will provide the applicable return instructions and approved return address. Return shipping For ordinary returns, such as a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Anderson Factory does not charge a restocking fee. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us at support@andersoneducation.us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when possible. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional cost to you. Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item under this policy and place a new order. Refunds Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days after the approved return is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund. Items clearly marked final sale are not eligible for return, except where required by applicable law. Cancellations If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@andersoneducation.us. We can cancel an order only before it has been dispatched or entered fulfillment. If it has already shipped, the return process above applies.
