Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Anderson Factory.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging where applicable. To start a return, contact us at support@andersoneducation.us with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please do not send an item back before your return request has been approved. If your return is eligible, Anderson Factory will provide the applicable return instructions, approved return address, and, when applicable, a return label.

Return shipping

For ordinary returns, such as a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Anderson Factory does not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us at support@andersoneducation.us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when possible.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and processed by the applicable return facility, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment
